– Overnight + Rush delivery is available for orders placed by December 22nd and should deliver by the 24th. Non-refundable as late deliveries by our carrier partners can still happen.
– International shipping cutoff is December 18 with Expedited Shipping. December 10 with standard shipping. Expedited shipping recommend.
– Monogram and Logo Orders that include a NEW logo or monogram, order 14 days sooner to give time for production. Orders with MONOGRAMS or LOGOS will NOT arrive before the 24th.

SHIPPING FAQ
Q. What is your Ship deadline for International Orders?
Our ship deadline for most products to ship internationally is December 18th, 2024. Please order by 11:59 PST and select Expedited Shipping for on time delivery. December 10th is the shipping deadline with standard shipping, however, using expedited shipping is still recommended during the holiday season for international orders.
Q. Do your Shipping timelines include weekends as Shipping days?
No, shipping times are calculated in business days. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday, and these shipping estimates do not include weekend delivery. For example, if a package ships on Friday with FedEx Rush (1 business day/Overnight) it will arrive the following Monday.
Q. What shipping methods can I choose from?
For domestic (within the United States) deliveries, we offer four shipping options - Free Shipping (5-8 business days), Priority Shipping (3-4 business days), Expedited (2 business days), and Rush + Overnight (1 business day). These times are in addition to production time (in many cases we ship within 1-3 buisness days and we try our best to ship same day on overnight orders). Please keep in mind we are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays etc.
Q. Will my order with a LOGO arrive on time?
Orders that inlude a NEW Monogram or a NEW Logo need an additinal 14 days for the mold production. So order 14 days sooner than the day indicated above.
If you have already placed an order perviously with a logo, we have your logo on hand and standard production times apply (2-3 business days)
